We want you to enjoy your EVENaBAG product for years to come. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may exercise your Right of withdrawal within 30 days. Please return the item unused and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why you can cancel your order within 30 days if an item does not meet your expectations.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item or accidentally ordered the wrong color or size, you can exercise your right of cancellation within 30 days. Please return the item unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. You can easily submit your cancellation using the following link. You will then receive an email from us with all further information and the next steps.
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To keep our product prices fair and transparent, we do not generally cover return shipping costs. If you use our DHL Returns Portal to create a return label, a fee of €4 will be deducted automatically from your refund. Please make sure your return is securely and carefully packaged. Then send your parcel to the return address below.

You are welcome to exchange your item for a different color or size. However, a direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. To ensure that all orders and refunds are processed correctly, the original order must first be returned and refunded. You can then easily place a new order for your preferred color or size. We want to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible for you.

We will, of course, process your refund for the returned item as quickly as possible. Returns are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days. If you paid by bank transfer, please provide your bank account details in the event of a cancellation. For international bank transfers, we also require your IBAN and BIC. If you paid with PayPal or Amazon Pay, your refund will be issued automatically to the payment method originally used.
All our products are covered by the statutory warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery. Please note that signs of wear, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by improper use are not covered by the warranty.
